Two of our male Solomon Island Ground Boas (Candoia paulsoni). We are fortunate enough to be working with a small group of Solomon’s in a joint venture with @imperialboids.
Years ago we had a pair of captive bred neonates that were produced by a fellow Canadian by the name of Roy Stockwell. The animals were acquired before conversion to rodents, and back then they had a reputation for being very difficult feeders.
Their reputation is largely exaggerated. With time, patience and a few tricks, our animals converted and were very rewarding to work with. #CandoiaPaulsoni #Candoia #SolomonIsleGroundBoa
